Hi, I’m Ying. I’m a Breathwork Coach, certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Zhineng Qigong Therapist in training. I’m passionate about modalities that empowers oneself to discover the medicine within all of us.
Your breath is one of the gentlest, yet most powerful self-healing tools you have to improve your physical, mental and spiritual health. I am continually learning and inspired by the simple power of our breath and how it can change lives including my own. I am dedicated to teach as many people as possible how to empower their lives and improve their wellbeing with Rebirth Breath Therapy techniques. As your Breathwork Coach, I work intuitively in each session to create a nurturing and safe environment to support you in your process.
